Rookees Bar & Grill
Located on Main Street in the heart of downtown Ventura California within a historic structure built in the early 1900’s, Rookies is a 5, 500 square foot contemporary sports bar that embraces the essence of its classic brick and heavy timber designed shell. The project required the structural retrofitting of the existing 16,000 square foot building along with the addition of fire sprinklers, ADA upgrades, new multi-compartment restrooms, full kitchen and a Green replacement roof consisting of reflective polyurethane spray foam roofing. The interior space features a 50 ft long bar, open beam ceiling, aged brick walls and a SoCal fun atmosphere.
